The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, Avon, Vail Valley, Avon

Our stay at the hotel had some bright spots, like the beautiful outdoor pool and the spacious, well-equipped fitness center. However, we encountered significant service issues and the dining options didn't live up to expectations. While the scenic views and unique spas added to the appeal, the state of the rooms and staff demeanor left a lot to be desired.

I had a fantastic stay at the Westin in Avon! The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, perfect for a comfortable recovery after my surgery. The staff really went above and beyond to assist with everything, especially the concierge services. I enjoyed the relaxing experience at the spa as well. However, I did find the movie rental situation a bit frustrating and the dining could be improved. Overall, the value for what I received was excellent.

I had an outstanding stay at the Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa. The location is fantastic, right on the river, providing stunning views. The amenities, especially the heated outdoor pool and fitness center, made for a delightful experience. However, I was slightly disappointed with the valet parking fees and the delay in getting service at the restaurant during peak hours.

This hotel has a beautiful setting with convenient access to ski areas and various activities. While the amenities are enjoyable, the service could definitely use improvement based on my experience. The dining options were a highlight, but I encountered significant issues with room services that detracted from my overall experience. It’s a shame because the potential is there to be a top-notch stay.
